    Notes: This crossmember will not fit convertibles or El Caminos due to their boxed frame rails, nor will it fit 1968-72 GTOs and LeMans applications with a rubber mounted crossmember. If you plan to install this crossmember on a 1972 Monte Carlo please measure the distance across the frame or crossmember bolt holes. If the distance is approximately 53.5 in. this is the correct crossmember. If the distance is approximately 51 in. SUM-770322 (TH350, TH400) or SUM-770323 (700R4, 4L60, 4L60E) crossmember will be required.
